- Salary: $18.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff preparing and portioning food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules.
Supervision:
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role in food service.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work effectively under pressure.
