Education Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Work Environment:
- On-site work only, no remote options
- Fast-paced restaurant environment
Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Establish work schedules for staff
Supervision:
- Supervise 1 to 2 staff members
Additional Information:
- Public transportation is not available; own transportation is preferred
- Attention to detail is essential
