About Children’s Fitness Centres of Canada, Inc.
Children’s Fitness Centres of Canada is dedicated to promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles for children through engaging and fun gymnastics programs. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Gymnastics Coaches to join our team in East York.
Key Responsibilities
As a Gymnastics Coach, your primary duties will include:
- Coaching children in gymnastics techniques and skills.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Developing lesson plans and adapting training to meet the needs of individual students.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of students.
- Collaborating with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall program.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant coaching experience in gymnastics.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
