Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience: 5 years or more in financial management or a related role

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
  • Direct and motivate staff, evaluate daily operations, and plan/control budgets and expenditures.
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects and train staff.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures; design and manage investment strategies.
  • Monitor financial control systems and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management on financial matters.
  • Manage cash, conduct variance analysis, and keep financial records, establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee payroll administration and prepare budgets and payrolls.
  • Examine internal controls of the organization and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Analyze investment projects and assist in preparing financial reports.

Experience and Specialization:

  • Computer and Technology Knowledge:
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Jonas Software.
