Qualifications Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

    • ADP
    • Accounting software (Simply Accounting, QuickBooks)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
  • Supervise staff (16–20 people)
  • Analyze clients’ financial records
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • Prepare reports and audit findings
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
  • Provide advice on cash management, insurance, investments, retirement, and estate planning
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Arrange for sale of financial products and investments
  • Maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
  • Prepare income tax returns
  • Analyze financial documents and examine accounting records
  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice
  • Maintain and balance accounts using manual and computerized systems
  • Oversee payroll administration
