Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
- Supervise staff (16–20 people)
- Analyze clients’ financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
- Prepare reports and audit findings
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Provide advice on cash management, insurance, investments, retirement, and estate planning
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Arrange for sale of financial products and investments
- Maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
- Prepare income tax returns
- Analyze financial documents and examine accounting records
- Provide financial, business, and tax advice
- Maintain and balance accounts using manual and computerized systems
- Oversee payroll administration
