Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
Responsibilities:
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data
- Receive payments from customers and process credit cards, vouchers, and other payments
- Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
- Manage accounts receivable and invoice clients
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
- Collect payments from debtors
- Review behavior regarding deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonored payments, and spending patterns
- Authorize loan and credit applications
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit
