- Salary: $65,000 to $90,000 annually (to be negotiated) / 80 hours bi-weekly

Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years), or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more in operations management, project management, small business administration, marketing, or general sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee field sales operations and manage sales strategies
- Assist with warehouse management duties as needed
- Coordinate sales projects and client communications
- Support brand and marketing initiatives
Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed at the physical location with no remote option
- Standard daytime schedule
Personal Suitability:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage both sales and warehouse duties
- Detail-oriented and organized
