  • Salary: 60,000 annually / 50–60 hours per week
  • Hours: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend; Overtime required and available

  • Schedule: Variable shifts with overtime

Qualifications Required

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee growing and crop-related operations
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
