Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise farm workers, implement sustainable farming practices, operate and maintain equipment, manage crop operations, ensure safety procedures, maintain records, hire and train staff, and perform general farm duties.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, physically demanding, outdoors, dusty, hot, noisy, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large workload.
