Job Details
- Location: Erie Beach, ON
- Salary: $24.00 hourly / 44 to 51 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours of Work: Day, Night, Weekend, On Call, Morning
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Vacancies Available: 2 vacancies
Qualifications Needed
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: Will train
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Maintain work records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties
Supervision
- Directly supervise more than 20 people
Experience and Specialization
- Type of Crops: Bell peppers
- Area of Specialization: Agricultural crop service
