Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and HR planning
- Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations and official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions
