Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) manages and operates Toronto Pearson International Airport, overseeing transportation infrastructure and services in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Details:

  • Salary: $315,000 annually / 40 hours per week
  • Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and HR planning
  • Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions
