Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Participate in commercialization of new products

Working Conditions:

  • On-site work only, no remote option
  • Various locations, requiring own vehicle and willingness to travel, including internationally
