Job Details:

  • Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 annually (negotiable) / 40 hours per week
  • Hours: 07:00 to 16:00

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estimates for labour, materials, overheads, and feasibility studies
  • Read blueprints and specifications
  • Operate CADD and estimating software
  • Create and submit reports, quotes, and bid forms
  • Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders
  • Monitor contract expenditures
  • Maintain supplier and contractor directories
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors
  • Prepare tenders and quotations
