- Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 annually (negotiable) / 40 hours per week

Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates for labour, materials, overheads, and feasibility studies
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Operate CADD and estimating software
- Create and submit reports, quotes, and bid forms
- Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders
- Monitor contract expenditures
- Maintain supplier and contractor directories
- Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors
- Prepare tenders and quotations
