Key Responsibilities
As an Elementary School Teacher, your primary duties will include:
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Assessing and evaluating student progress and providing feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance student learning.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 7 months of relevant teaching experience is preferred.
Skills Required
- Fluency in French is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods.
