Job Overview:
ALUGARD LTD is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The role involves managing electrical projects, supervising teams, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

Experience:
- 2 to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on electrical generation and distribution networks
- Supervise and inspect electrical system installations
- Prepare cost estimates, reports, and design specifications
- Develop maintenance and operating standards
- Investigate electrical failures
- Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders
- Operate test equipment to diagnose and analyze electrical components
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people
