Overview:

Work Environment:

Responsibilities:
- Apply successive coats of joint compound and sand seams and joints for a smooth finish.
- Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
- Finish corners and angles, creating decorative designs in the finish coat if required.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets accurately.
- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency for application.
- Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry properly.
- Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in the compound.
- Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams for plaster application.
- Work at heights, utilizing scaffolding or swing stages safely.

- The position is physically demanding with repetitive tasks and requires standing for extended periods.
