Qualifications Required:
- Education: Master’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Certifications:
- Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification
- Membership in a provincial or territorial psychological association
- Registered Marriage and Family Therapist
- Membership in the Canadian Psychological Association
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and implement treatment plans
- Apply psychological theories and principles
- Counsel clients, provide mediation, and facilitate group sessions
- Maintain accurate records
- Administer standard psychological assessments
- Supervise 5–10 people
