Domino’s Pizza is a leading fast-food outlet known for providing delicious pizzas and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Shift Manager to oversee our operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Shift Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensuring efficient operations.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Preparing and submitting reports as needed.
- Establishing work schedules for staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
Skills Required
- Excellent oral communication and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Strong client focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
