Job Overview:
Brightgrove Canada Corp. is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting to lead our recruitment efforts and manage a significant budget. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and control budget and expenditures ($100,001 – $500,000)
- Establish and implement recruitment policies and procedures
- Oversee occupation classification and rating
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts, training, and development strategies
- Analyze employee data and prepare reports
- Advise senior management and oversee daily operations
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficiency with MS Windows
