Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people on daily farm operations
- Manage and oversee the milking process and animal care
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Maintain equipment and ensure the farm is in good working order
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment, working outdoors and in dusty conditions
