Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Confer with clients to identify requirements
- Document technical requirements to align with business needs
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses
- Design and implement information systems solutions
- Advise on IT strategy, policy, and service delivery
- Assess security risks to data, software, and hardware
- Develop contingency plans and security procedures
- Implement policies throughout the software development life cycle
- Conduct quality assurance reviews
- Perform usability testing and operate testing equipment
- Provide post-sale client support
- Execute and document software and system tests
