Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, your primary duties will include:
- Advising clients on sales promotion strategies and services offered.
- Answering written and oral inquiries from customers.
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Arranging for billing, refunds, and credits for services.
- Maintaining records and statistics related to customer interactions.
- Performing general office duties, including receiving payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintaining and managing a digital database.
- Providing ongoing support and consultation to clients after sales.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), as well as internet and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and reliability.
Credentials
- CPR Certificate is preferred.
