- Handle written and verbal customer inquiries
- Address and resolve complaints and concerns
- Provide accurate service information
- Maintain client records and generate statistics
- Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
- Conduct follow-ups for ongoing client support
- Perform general office duties
