Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners
- Empty waste containers
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- Perform safety and security checks
- Handle maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, drywall repair)
- Water and care for plants/lawns
- Disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Work independently
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding tasks

- Handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Bending, crouching, kneeling required
- Equipment used includes vacuum cleaners, carpet and upholstery cleaning machines, waxing tools, lawn mowers, snowblowers
