Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate special events
- Determine portion sizes and food costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Requisition food and supplies
- Prepare and cook meals and dishes
- Accommodate food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and records
- Clean kitchen and manage operations
Working Conditions:
