Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
- Order supplies and manage kitchen inventory
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Cuisine Specialization: Mediterranean cuisine
