- Salary: $18.20 bi-weekly / 24 to 40 hours per week + 2.5% commission per sale (minimum wage guaranteed)

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine food portion sizes and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in food preparation and handling
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- Perform short order cooking and food preparation
