Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes to perfection.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances by preparing appropriate dishes.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Order supplies and equipment necessary for kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Organize buffets and banquets as required.
  • Manage overall kitchen operations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant cooking experience.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.

Workplace Information:

  • This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.

Work Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks are essential.
  • Overtime may be required.
