Canoe Restaurant is looking for dedicated Cooks to join their acclaimed culinary team. Situated on the 54th floor of the TD Bank Tower, Canoe offers an exceptional dining experience with a focus on high-quality ingredients and innovative dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes with precision.
- Create dishes accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Order necessary supplies and equipment for kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Workplace Information:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.

- Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail.
- Physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
