Job Details:

- Salary: $18.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a cooking role, with experience in South Indian cuisine preferred
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for meal preparation
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Overtime may be required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
