About the Employer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Manage contracts and oversee training and development strategies.
- Analyze employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
- Develop and oversee communication strategies for effective internal messaging.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees.
- Manage knowledge within the organization to improve HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.

- This position requires a hybrid work model, with tasks to be completed both in-person and remotely.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
