About the Employer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Manage contracts and oversee training and development strategies.
  • Analyze employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
  • Develop and oversee communication strategies for effective internal messaging.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees.
  • Manage knowledge within the organization to improve HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.

  • This position requires a hybrid work model, with tasks to be completed both in-person and remotely.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Candidates should have experience in the following areas:

  • Information technology, including electronic mail and Internet applications.
