Job Details:

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: Will train; no prior experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Assist medical examiners in charge and help align pipes during pipeline construction.
- Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
- Help frame houses, erect walls, and build roofs.
- Level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt.
- Assist in demolishing buildings and clean and pile salvaged materials.
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants; remove rubble and debris at construction sites.
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs and clean and maintain sidewalks, streets, roads, and public grounds.
- Assist skilled tradespersons as needed.
