Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractors’ activities
- Evaluate and organize daily operations
- Select trade subcontractors
- Prepare and submit construction budgets
- Plan and monitor construction schedules and milestones
- Prepare and negotiate contracts
- Implement quality control policies and procedures
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Manage budgets and develop risk management plans
- Oversee data analysis and reporting
- Supervise teams ranging from 3 to over 20 people

- Budget responsibility: \$100,001 to \$8,000,001+
- Physical demands: Fast-paced, under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting/standing/walking, overtime required

- Technology: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Autodesk REVIT
