  • Salary: \$80,000 to \$120,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
  • Schedule: Day, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors’ activities
  • Evaluate and organize daily operations
  • Select trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit construction budgets
  • Plan and monitor construction schedules and milestones
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures
  • Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Manage budgets and develop risk management plans
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting
  • Supervise teams ranging from 3 to over 20 people

  • Budget responsibility: \$100,001 to \$8,000,001+
  • Physical demands: Fast-paced, under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting/standing/walking, overtime required
  • Equipment: Hand tools, steel-toed safety boots
  • Technology: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Autodesk REVIT
