Job Details:
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Salary: $142,000 to $185,000 annually (To be negotiated)
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly (Day, Shift)

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more in a supervisory role in construction
- Languages: English
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities of subcontractors
- Evaluate daily operations and ensure efficiency
- Plan and organize daily operations of construction projects
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Develop construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings to guide project execution
- Manage project budgets and develop risk management plans
- Oversee data analysis and prepare reports
- Supervise a team of more than 20 people
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology knowledge, including:
- Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, SharePoint, and tablet computers
- Experience with hand tools and construction specialization in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects
- Area of specialization: Project management
