Experience Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
Work Environment:
- On-site work only, no remote options
- Outdoor work settings, primarily in public utilities and water/waste treatment utilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractor activities
- Evaluate and plan daily operations
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Manage budgets and prepare reports
Credentials:
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word
- Specialization in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction
- Experience in the green economy sector and specialized environmental skills
Additional Information:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel
