Qualifications Required:
- Education: College diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Fields: Project Management, Construction Management
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and organize daily operations
- Plan construction schedules and monitor progress
- Implement quality control policies and procedures
- Operate AutoCAD and other software
- Read blueprints and manage budgets
- Direct material purchases and land acquisitions
- Prepare reports and analyze data
