Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
    • Fields: Project Management, Construction Management
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and organize daily operations
  • Plan construction schedules and monitor progress
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures
  • Operate AutoCAD and other software
  • Read blueprints and manage budgets
  • Direct material purchases and land acquisitions
  • Prepare reports and analyze data
