Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations
- Select and coordinate trade subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitor progress
- Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Prepare reports
- Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers on plans and specifications
- Prepare estimates and bids for construction, renovation, and restoration projects
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Working Conditions:
- Work environments include outdoors, interior sites, and office settings
- Requires use of AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Oracle Aconex
- Project management specialization
