Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Certificates:
- Traffic Control Signage (TWS) Certification
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Perform pre-operational inspections
- Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, and barricades
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Perform routine maintenance and remove debris
- Direct traffic at construction sites
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Outdoors, noisy, dusty, hot
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg)
- Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, safety vest
- Transportation: Own transportation required
