Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to establish project budgets.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary.
- Maintain records of estimates and project costs.
