Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Credentials: Valid driver’s licence
- Equipment Experience: Hand tools
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, substitutes, lightweight steel, other materials)
- Work with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only (no remote option)
- Work environments: at heights, confined spaces, noisy, outdoors
- Physically demanding tasks: bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, standing/walking for extended periods
- Large workload with tight deadlines
- Requires own tools/equipment (steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles)
