Job Details:
- Location: Various locations – Cambridge, ON and Burford, ON
- Workplace Information: On the road (frequent travel required)
- Salary: \$35.00 to \$58.00 hourly (negotiable)

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare production and project reports
- Supervise workers and projects (3–4 people)
- Coordinate and schedule activities
- Oversee apprenticeship training
- Recruit and hire workers
- Set up machines and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recommend personnel actions
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Lead and instruct team members
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor work in noisy and dusty environments
- Work under pressure and overtime required
- Requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and tools
