- Salary: $41.00 hourly / 30 hours per week

Qualifications Needed
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a relevant role
Responsibilities
- Write, modify, integrate, and test software code
- Maintain existing computer programs by making necessary modifications
- Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
Experience and Specialization
- Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Networking software and security
- DHTML, XML Technology (XSL, XSD, DTD)
- Servers, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, MySQL, Python, Ruby on Rails
- Software development, web service design, and data analysis software
- Familiarity with AJAX, jQuery, TCP/IP, CoffeeScript, HTML
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, spreadsheet, and mapping/data visualization software
