About Lions Badminton Training Center
Lions Badminton Training Center is dedicated to promoting excellence in badminton through high-quality training and coaching. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Coach to join our team in Burlington. Key Responsibilities
As a Coach, your primary duties will include:
- Planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for athletes and teams.
- Motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events or games.
- Participating in coaching clinic instruction and sharing best practices.
- Analyzing and evaluating athletes’ or teams’ performances to identify areas for improvement.
- Observing and evaluating prospective athletes’ skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant coaching experience in badminton or a related sport.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Dependable and organized with effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication and flexibility in adapting coaching strategies.
- Ability to use judgment and initiative in various situations.
