Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers)
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of toolpath for CNC machine tools
- Clean and maintain workspace
Experience and Specialization:
- Equipment & Machinery: Milling machines, sawing machines, CNC machines, tapping machines, single-purpose production machines
- Operations: Turning, milling, repetitive machining operations
- Software: SolidWorks
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only (no remote option)
- Noisy environment
- Physically demanding tasks including handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
