Job Details:
- Location: 1019 Adelaide Street S, London, ON N6E 1R4
- Salary: $24.00 to $29.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 to 44 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (Day, 07:00 to 15:30)

Qualifications Necessary:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: Experience is considered an asset
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
- Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
- Set up and adjust production machinery/tools.
- Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Experience and Specialization:
Candidates should have experience with measuring tools such as gauges, micrometers, and verniers, as well as familiarity with equipment and machinery like boring machines and drilling machines. Experience using CNC machines is essential.
Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. The work environment can be physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
Candidates should possess excellent oral communication, reliability, and efficient interpersonal skills. Being a dependable team player is crucial.
