Qualifications Required
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non‑university certificate/diploma (1–2 years)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and set up machines for repetitive machining operations
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Prepare etching solution and immerse metal parts to remove unwanted portions
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Enter codes for speed, feed, and toolpath parameters for CNC machine tools
Working Conditions
