- Salary: $32.00 to $38.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

Qualifications Necessary
- Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more in CNC machining or a related field
- Languages: English
Responsibilities of the Job
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
- Set up and adjust production machinery/tools
- Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerances
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments
- Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
- Verify product dimensions for accuracy and conformance to specifications
Experience and Specialization
- Proficient in Mastercam CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, and programming software
- Experience with milling machines, surface grinders, and CNC machines
- Knowledge of apprenticeship training and policy and program experience
Additional Information
- Security and Safety: Bondable; criminal record check and basic security clearance may be required
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation and vehicle required; valid driver’s license necessary; public transportation is not available

- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; ability to stand for extended periods; attention to detail is crucial; ability to work under pressure
