Job Overview:
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Highlight Motor Freight Inc., you will oversee cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff
  • Coordinate and inspect activities of cleaning workers
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend additional services such as painting or repairs when necessary
  • Maintain financial records and assist cleaners in performing their duties
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory or cleaning role

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced and physically demanding
  • Exposure to various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and noisy environments
