Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Create new recipes
- Instruct cooks in food preparation, garnishing, and presentation
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Prepare meals for regular service and special functions
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
