Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop creative, seasonal menus.
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure consistency by following standardized recipes and portion control.
  • Interact with guests to create memorable dining experiences and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Strong leadership and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible availability (1-7 days a week).

Compensation

  • Cooks: $18/hr – $22/hr (based on experience).
  • Sous Chef: $23/hr – $25/hr (based on experience).
  • Chef: $23/hr – $27/hr (based on experience).

Work Schedule

  • Choose from 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
  • Day and evening shifts available.
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
